New integrations for SaaS License Management
As cloud computing continues to grow rapidly, SaaS is no exception. The applications companies rely on are increasingly difficult to manage. In fact, the average company has 975 unknown cloud services. Managing SaaS at scale—and minimizing sprawl—is now a business imperative.
ServiceNow SaaS License Management includes out-of-the-box integrations with popular applications you may be using today, providing deeper insights and publisher-specific metrics that help drive strategic business decisions when it comes to your cloud-based applications and services. With regular store releases, we’re able to expand our list of OOTB integrations and in the August Store Release, we’re excited to announce integrations with Zendesk, Roadmunk, Workfront, and MS Dynamics 365.
