Hi Rohit,
Thanks for sharing the information, it was quite helpful. There are few unlicensed installations for applications for which users have a subscription license. For example if a user has been assigned a Adobe Premier pro license and has an installation on his device of Adobe Premier pro 2022 that should be ideally covered with a subscription license since it allows installation on two devices. In the attached screenshot there are 3 unlicensed installs on devices but their respective users have a valid subscription license which allows them to install a copy of the application. How can we manage such unlicensed installs where we know that we have a valid license. Many thanks.

Kritika,
the installs for these users will be automatically marked as licensed once their subscription is licensed. It's possible something is incorrectly configured. Please check the subscription records have the user principal name correctly populated. Next check the device the Adobe software is installed on. The device's assigned-to should be the same user that the subscription is for. If this is configured correctly the install should get licensed.
