Hello Experts, @MercBuilding
I recently created allocations for user subscription data pulled from Adobe creative cloud and in the User Subscription table we have a field called "Assigned Software" which is helpful to determine what single app suite application has been allocated to whom. But after creating these allocations I am not able to see assigned software information in user allocation table. Does anyone know how we can see this information at allocation level as well, this helps us in tracking and optimizing allocations.
Thank you,
Parul Chaudhary

Hi @Parul Chaudhary ,
The subscription is pulled through integration right? Did you do user allocations from workbench or added them manually in those entitlements?

Hi @MercBuilding,
Yes the subscription information is pulled through the Adobe integration and I did the allocations with "Create All Allocations" feature. The licenses are added as "Creative Cloud single app" and this is how this plan is procured as well but this plan allows users to choose from a list of available apps (like InDesign, Illustrator etc.) which is then allocated to users from the Adobe admin console. My concern is how we show up the actual assigned software instead of showing the plan name "Creative Cloud Single App" in user allocations table.
Thank you,

@Parul Chaudhary This is how Adobe suit license works. No matter which specific software is used by the end user, it is counted against the suit entitlements.
Please check this URL on your instance

Thanks for your response. I understand this is how it is supposed to be but there are some exceptions like Adobe where exact product information is crucial for client to effectively manage their subscriptions. Could we customize the list to show this information in allocation tables?
Thanks,
