Has anyone set up or updated their Adobe <> ServiceNow integration since Adobe decided to deprecate the Service Account (JWT) credentials that are still referred to on the 'Integrate with Adobe Cloud' instructions?
We're running Vancouver and need to refresh the integration for a further 12 months.

ServiceNow support feedback.
1) With latest releases, Servicenow only support JWT for the integration of Adobe.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-managem...
2) Referring to Adobe's documentation, existing applications using the Service Account (JWT) credential will continue to work till December 31, 2024, and existing applications cannot refresh expiring certificates after January 1, 2025.
https://helpx.adobe.com/au/enterprise/kb/migrating-to-oauth-server-to-server-credentials.html
https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/JWT/
3) ServiceNow is aware of this deprecation, and the enhancement to support the OAuth credentials is on the roadmap, and we are actively working on it. Since the JWT method will continue to be available (per Adobe) for some more time, Customers can use it till ServiceNow rolls out the OAuth method in upcoming release.
4) The OAuth + JWT is planned to be supported in the Washington release until Adobe deprecates JWT. For previous releases, it'll be available with Vancouver patch 6 and Utah patch 10. Documentation will be updated once the respective versions are released.
Best, Dennis

I have been successful in upgrading connection in both Washington and Xanadu and in both instances I had to repair the SaaS plugin.
High-level Steps:
- Navigate to Workspace > Software Asset Workspace > License Operations > User Subscriptions > Direct Integrations
- Update Authentication Type to OAuth 2.0
- Note: If you dont see this field then I would recommend repairing the SaaS plugin.
- Click Save
- Once "Oauth 2.0" is selected then "Connection & Credential" is displayed; drill into connection by clicking the information icon.
- Click "Create New Connection & Credential"
- Enter oauth information. Follow the SN docs
- Once connection is successful, re-run "SAM - Import Adobe User Subscriptions" scheduled job and verify results are being pulled.
