Adobe Suite products CC all apps are not showing up as complaint (creative cloud)

Hi All,

 

We have Adobe CC all apps entitlement with license metric as user subscription and the products that are part of the suite are not showing up as complaint.

All the discovery models and DMAPs match up

Hi @PRANITH REDDY1,

could you please cross-check a few devices how many Adobe apps are detected as software installation and if all discovery models are normalized to allow the correct linkage between sw install - discovery model - software model?

This is an content library issue, and it is a very common issue faced by clients, please do raise case for content library update.
