I am very new to SAM. I am trying to figure out which scheduled jobs or any other configurations are responsible for creating and updating records in the Software Models Table (cmdb_software_product_model). We can see that some records are created automatically, but we were unable to build the relationships and confirm how these records are created or updated in the table. Tried searching the same, but couldn't find anything. Please suggest.
Both these system properties are set as False in our instance.
Automatically create software models for all 'licensable' products
Automatically create software models for all 'not licensable' products

Hi @sujan0119 ,
If the models for these actions are missing SAMP will autocreate them:
- Entitlement onboarding per PPN
- Add Downgrade rights (Manual & scheduled job)
- Add Suite Components (manually)
- Reconcile based on DMAPS for any missing model required for the process
Best, Dennis
