Hi Community,
I am setting up CSD for SAM module. I ran into a couple of questions and if anyone can advice me on the following questions, it will be greatly appreciated.
1) When setting up Uninstall Collection in MS SCCM, do I need to set any particular Membership Rule or can it be set to None? Are there any reasons behind this setting?
2) What Service Account rights/role from MS SCCM do I need to utilize CSD to perform software revoke/reclaim in the process? My understanding that, CSD will run PowerShell command so do we need like an Application Administrator role?
3) During the revoke process, the client laptop is not connected to the internet. Can ServiceNow still able to revoke the license and uninstallation or there will be an error returned until the client laptop is connected to the internet?
Thank you for reading.
