We have a couple of applications which are concurrently licenced.
I've created the necessary software models and entitlements without issue however these all show as Not Compliant in the licence workbench.
I can't set these to named user as (by it's nature) the concurrent licence we hold allows for few connections than we have installations.
Is there a way OoTB to make these show as Compliant other then setting the model to not be Licence Under Management?

Hi Claude
I ended up raising a support case with ServiceNow for this, they have advised that their interpretation of Concurrent licenses is "a metric group that is only supported for engineering apps."
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manage...
They have advised The ServiceNow instance integrates with OpenLM and OpenIT to collect data from license management servers
This software model you using does not fall under that category, so as a workaround you could use the ELA type.

Hi Claude8
I've resolved our issue by recreating the software entitlement with an agreement type of Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA)
I then set the Metric Group to "Common" and the Licence Metric to "Per User"
As the software we're using has a hard limit which controls how many concurrent connections we can have (meaning we can never exceed this) we are able to have unlimited installations so I have also checked the Unlimited Licence box. However, I also tested this by putting arbitrary figure into the Purchased Rights field and it also showed complaint.
