Configuration Item is empty on samp_sw_usage table

Hi,

While debugging an issue related to software usage, we found that there is data in samp_sw_usage table with empty configuration item. We have SAM Pro installed and this data is not coming from SCCM.

Can someone help me understand what could cause this issue and where should I be looking to find the root cause?
