Customization in SAM plugins

I have been asked to check customization's in SAM plugins. Screenshots below.

What are these customized files in SAM plugins?

What are their implications?

I need to find out who introduced these customization's.

How do I find their backstory and should I be worrying about them?

Any feedback would be highly appreciated

Hi, the last one in the list „ACL“, looks like one of the lastest security patches rolled out by SN a few weeks ago. Reach out to the support an asked about this.

the other menu I’ve never seen, but it looks like you should plan an upgrade to Z to get all the nice benefits you miss since X & Y.

Check the „Revert Customization“ action in „All > Software Asset Management“ to get some insights into critical customization SAM Pro detects.

1. ACL one - I checked it using the ACL and it seems system generated

2. The featureRoutes UX page appears to have some relation with the below post.
