Trying to understand the best place to document the evaluation and onboarding of a new vendor.
The vendor management workspace has a "improvement' section. Thought I could use that, add tasks so that I can easily identify the phase of onboarding for the new vendor. E.g. vendor provided contracts, in legal review, vendor completed required documents, finance approved, etc.
Is that a good place, or is there a better place for this?
I know I could use the contract module, but that would just give me notes, and I like the task section in the improvement section. The improvement could be 'augmenting existing software portfolio with new vendors" or something like that.
