Duplicate assets are getting created by system with serial number which is already there in CMDB

Hi CMDB Forum, At very sudden duplicate assets are getting created by system with same serial number and asset tag which are already existing in the CMDB/hardware tables. no recent updates done on any schduled jobs (data from SCCM to ServiceNow)  but, suddenly issue takes place. can any one suggest where to check eaxctly or what might be the reason for these duplicates. Thank you

Hi, yes that is fine, but, even when this type of BR is not there there are no duplicates now from two weeks back these duplicates are getting created want to know where the issue was?
