Enabling ASN feature for HAM managers.

Hi All,

We have a requirement from our customer to make the import shipment notification feature to be enabled for the Asset managers (role = asset) , currently the feature is only available for admins.

Has anyone achieved this? Any suggestions ?

This is a great candidate to add to the idea portal for uptake into product.

ASN import is enable for admin role by default.

Hey Eric - hope all is well. In addition to this, we had to apply some technical tweaks to incorporate "custom PO" fields so that we could import asset records using the PO # from a corporate PO system rather than the ServiceNow PO.

Just for an update we were able to achieve this using catalog item and recreating the transform maps, will try to create an article around the solution and share the link over this thread.
