How does metering work for Adobe? Intune doesn’t provide correct usage data

Hi team,

We’re facing an issue with metering/usage data for Adobe licenses. Currently, Intune doesn’t provide correct or reliable usage data, and we were informed that Intune doesn’t support accurate metering for Adobe.

We’re using ServiceNow CSD  to manage software reclamation and license revocation. Since Intune data isn’t dependable, how can we handle usage tracking or reclaim Adobe licenses effectively through ServiceNow?

Has anyone implemented an alternative metering source or integrated another tool for accurate software usage data? Any suggestions or best practices would be appreciated.

Hi @monica190 ,

you can roll out ServiceNow ACC-V to get usage data or use the same technology (osquery) to get usage data for other management tools, like intune.

isn‘t the Adobe login data enough to identify low usage for a user and based on this reclaim the software?
