Hi @akashgujar,

if you use the PPN / Content Library, then the data can be imported.

In case you need to add custom software, this is the steps to follow:

Add Publisher and Product

- Go to Software Asset Workspace → Software products → Custom software products (or Software products depending on your view).

- Click New and enter:

   - Publisher (e.g., “Microsoft”, “Adobe”, or a custom publisher).

   - Product (e.g., “Microsoft 365 E3”, “Adobe Acrobat Pro”).

- Save; this creates a software product record that links publisher and product.

Create Software Model

- Go to Software Asset Workspace → Software models.

- Click New and:

   - Select the Publisher (from the software product you just created).

   - Select the Product.

   - Define Version condition and Addition condition as needed.

- Save; this links the software model to the publisher/product and enables it for reconciliation.

Hope this helps!

I wanted to add the docs for you, but the page is very sluggish today and you already set the question to solved.

Here you find all details about what data is available as part of the content library: Software Asset Management Content Service
