Hi,
Is it possible to define SLO(Service-level objective) in Servicenow? If yes, can someone explain how to? If no, is there any alternate way to define?
Thanks

Hi Jaspal,
Thanks for quick response. I was not aware that SLO is SLA in Servicenow. I'm already using SLA for long time. Thanks for clarifying.

Hi,
There is a nuance between a SLO & a SLA. Please see this description. We do have SLO capabilities added to platform with the Service Reliability Management product.
