Hi @akguj ,

Step 1:  Check Software Installations Are Discovered

  • Go to Software Installations table cmdb_sam_sw_install

  • Filter by software title = Health Literacy Advisor

  • Confirm installs exist

  • If no installations are found in cmdb_sam_sw_install the problem is discovery or your software inventory source hasn't picked it up.

Step 2: Create or Import an Entitlement (License Record)

  • Go to Entitlements

  • Click New

  • Fill in:

    • Create the entitlement with PPN (Publisher Part Number)
    • Software model → Health Literacy Advisor  (Make Sure Software Model is Mappend to Active Discovery Map)

    • License metric → e.g., Per Device, Per User, Per Named User

    • Quantity → number of licenses you own

    • Contract (optional but recommended — link to the underlying contract)

    • Valid from / Expires

Step 3: Run Reconciliation

  • Navigate to SAM Pro > Reconciliation > Run Reconciliation

  • Select the software model or run All

  • After it completes, check SAM Dashboard > Compliance Position

If this helped - amazing, you're welcome, go click Helpful and Accept as Solution. If it didn't - well, at least you learned what not to do. Either way, we grow.
