Hello! New to Service Now and to the SAM module. I am trying to figure out how to set up vendors and contracts in SN and connect them to the software products. We only have SAM and HAM so not sure how to start. I would also like to know if there is a way to reassign or merge duplicate vendor records (e.g., Microsoft, Microsoft Corporation.)
Any guidance on where to start, would be greatly appreciated.
