HOW TO START THE HAM IMPLEMENTATION FROM SCRATCH

Hello Team,

we have one client they want to implement  the Hardware asset management process in there organisation for that i need to prepair one ppt on it from scratch for that i need your help. as i am new for service now so i am not aware that much about HAM 

so i have few questions in my mind

1) what is the first steps to start ham from scratch.

2) what are the pre-requisites for that.

3) Do you have any documents for that.

If you are new to ServiceNow, and don't know much about HAM, it seems you should give this assignment to someone else, right?

Or you can start by reading up on everything on the Docs.
