@Tonie See if you have other existing Oracle Java software models in your environment. Results might be showing under a different model. I recommend checking the latest reconciliation result, filter by Oracle and it will show you all the Products existing in your environment (it can include Products you don't have software models for so it will show as "Not Compliant"). Oracle Java Named User Plus licensing is a model based on the number of users accessing the device where Java is installed, not the number of active users (if impossible to count or need more than ten users), a processor license is more cost-effective). Note that in January 2023, Oracle removed processor and Named User Plus licenses and replaced them with an employee license metric.
