Hi All,
I have a few thousand windows servers reconciled against a suite license. The reconciliation result shows a few hundred windows servers under "remove allocations". When I opened the "remediation action" record, it shows a few hundred under field "rights not in use".
What criteria does it use to put windows servers under "rights not in use". I could not find anything in product documentation.
Thanks

@snow_impl_user Under the Remediation option, "Remove allocations" showing with "Rights not in use" would mean that based on the reconciliation (software installations data from your discovery), the servers are not utilizing that particular software model so you can remove those servers from the entitlement (assuming you have identified which servers are assigned to your entitlement). I recommend checking how your software models are setup for the parent and suite components.
Note that this is completely opposite of "Rights not allocated" which would mean that the server is utilizing a license, but nothing was assigned/allocated under your entitlement hence an option to "Create Allocations" is available. Hope this helps!
