I have put in the target value in the Risk Indicator form but an error saying I have not occur

Dear experts,

I am facing an issue where when I am setting up the Risk Indicator and when I select target type > Percentage and then put in a target value > 40, an error occur stating I did not put in a value even tho I have put in value. The same happens to Count, I have tried to add in % but it still shows an error like the screenshots below. Please advise, thank you.

Field might be having regular expression validation so you need find that in client script/UI Policy

My PDI does not have this problem but why when I import my update sets to another server and then this happens?

Then what type of customizations captured in your update set ?

I copy the form from the default view to the workspace view, is that why this is happening? But I dont know how to revert back to the original form view.
