I have put in the target value in the Risk Indicator form but an error saying I have not occur

Dear experts,

I am facing an issue where when I am setting up the Risk Indicator and when I select target type > Percentage and then put in a target value > 40, an error occur stating I did not put in a value even tho I have put in value. The same happens to Count, I have tried to add in % but it still shows an error like the screenshots below. Please advise, thank you.

can you share the screenshot, how did you copied this?

I go to the form and change the Default View to Workspace View then I click copy form.
