Hello Experts,
I am curious to know if the Content Service Library with SAM Pro is chargeable or free.
I want to opt in for this service for my client, but the client has doubt about it. Even I have searched many docs and videos but not getting the relevant answer for this. help me with this.

Hello - The Content Service Library is part of Software Asset Management (SAM). There is no additional charge.

The Content Service Library is provided as part of your SAM Pro subscription. It's main use is sending un-normalized Discovery Models to the ServiceNow content team so that they can apply normalization rules and add these rules to the library.

Thanks @mikew_samexpert for your input here. But my client is a little concerned about it, maybe some charge will be taken to enable this. And they don't want to spend except SAM pro. So if you confirm here, I can show them that on community also , the expert saying its free.

My recommendation is that your customer gets the "official" confirmation from their ServiceNow Account Manager.
