IT Asset Management Content Request Process

Hello Everyone!

I need to ask ServiceNow for a New Content about lifecycle information. I read in the community that "New Content can be requested by submitting a Catalog Request via appropriate template (SAM Template) "
So this is the question --> which template should I use?
