JAMF Integration setup not working

Hi, 

Im having issues setting up the Service Graph Connector with our Tokyo instance.

Apparently JAMF doesnt support basic auth anymore, but all doco and guided setup talks to basic auth.

When I try to run a test load of 20 records, I get the following error:

 

TypeError: Cannot find function getMessage in object ConversionError: The undefined value has no properties.. (sys_data_source.9a29c66b777830100dfa1bfaae5a9950.data_loader; line 4)

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi All,

 

Yep, we got it working eventually after using the Service Graph connector instead.

The only thing the SG connector doesn't cater to my requirements is retrieving warranty information. So this part would be a customisation that were still yet to fully investigate.
