We have Microsoft subscription software records in our instance, and data is available in the samp_sw_subscription table. However, the ‘Last Activity’ field is not getting populated and remains blank for all records.
We have integrated Microsoft 365 with ServiceNow SAM Pro, but we are unable to fetch the last activity data for users.

Hi @Tejaswini Morey,
The Last Activity field is populated only when Microsoft 365 usage/activity data is successfully imported and processed by SAM Pro. Subscription data alone does not populate this field.
verify
The Microsoft 365 usage/activity import is configured and completes successfully.
The Microsoft 365 integration has the required permissions to retrieve usage/activity data.
Import logs and scheduled jobs complete without errors.
Usage/activity records are being imported and correctly mapped to the corresponding subscription and user records.
If records exist in the samp_sw_subscription table but no Microsoft 365 usage/activity data is imported, the Last Activity field will remain blank.

The last activity is gathered automatically for few individual products directly without any discovery solution. These include Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, Power BI, Share Point Online, Viva Engage (formerly Yammer)
