License Workbench Not existing

Hello,

 

As explained in the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manage...

 

and having installed SAM Pro in Utah, I cannot find the License Workbench anywhere as is displayed in the documentation screenshots. Could you explain how to find the Workbench? I assume that with the new Software Asset Management Workbench multiple things have been rearranged, but then the documentation is not updated if I am right?

License Workbench was effectively replaced by the Software Asset Workspace, but you should still be able to get to the License Workbench in Utah with a direct link and then you can create your own favorite for it to use going forward.

Hi Jeff,

many thanks for the answer, then the documentation for the Utah version should be changed, to specify that is only reachable via URL.

Also, in the CIS-SAM exam, this kind of questions is one of the reasons why I failed twice, many things are changing and the exam questions are always relying on the past versions.
