LifeCycle Phase & LifeCycle Phase Start Date for Software Installation data

Seeking a way to view data for the two fields LifeCycle Phase and  LifeCycle Phase Start Date (from sam_sw_product_lifecycle_report) with the Software Installation data (cmdb_sam_sw_install).   

Unable to find a way to dot-walk thru the Reports module.
