Managing ServiceNow Licenses in SAMP

Hello everyone,
We are managing all of our software licensing in SAMP. All except ServiceNow!
Has anyone managed to workout how to:
1. get the licensing information, users with assigned licenses, usage, etc
2. build the entitlements.
The last question of course is, Why isn't this configured out of the box when you buy SAMP?

You can't!
Not only can you not manage your entitlements in SAMP there is no date on when it will be available, I am not sure they are working on a solution for it.
I have requested that feature a number of times.

For one of my customers we were able to view information about ServiceNow users via the Azure SSO integration.
That said, ServiceNow has it's own Subscription Management module which contains a wealth of information on the licenses that have been allocated against purchased subscriptions. The platform Subscription Overview dashboard is a good place to start.

And so does EVERY OTHER SAAS solution! We wouldn't need the ServiceNow SaaS solution if we wanted to manage each SaaS individually.
What we want to be able to do is manage SaaS's in a consistent manner in a single location. We want a single user experience and a consistent way to roll up costs for executives! We want to be able to take advantage of the features you offer to minimise costs like ServiceNow does for other SaaS platforms. It feels like a deliberate effort by ServiceNow to not allow their customers to minimise ServiceNow costs.
