Managing ServiceNow Licenses in SAMP

Hello everyone,

We are managing all of our software licensing in SAMP. All except ServiceNow!

Has anyone managed to workout how to:

1. get the licensing information, users with assigned licenses, usage, etc

2. build the entitlements.

 

The last question of course is, Why isn't this configured out of the box when you buy SAMP?

Yes. This is exactly what we want to do.

And the fact that ServiceNow doesn't provide this out of the box should be embarrassing for them.
