Missing Plugins in Yokohama Test Instance – Migration from Xanadu

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a migration project from Xanadu to Yokohama and have encountered an issue with missing plugins in the Test instance of Yokohama.

In the Dev instance of Yokohama, I can see and use multiple plugins, including:

Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune

Software Asset Workspace

Asana Integration

Adobe Integration

Microsoft 365 Integration Profiles

However, when I check the Test instance, these plugins are not available in All Applications → All or Plugin Management.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Searched in Application Manager but couldn’t find them.

Checked System Definition → Plugins, but they are missing.

Attempted to check the ServiceNow Store, but received an error:
"Please log into the Store and 'Manage Entitlement' for each application."

Questions:
Is there a reason why plugins available in the Dev instance of Yokohama are missing in the Test instance?

Do I need to manually request entitlements for these plugins for each instance?

Is there a way to sync the installed plugins from Dev to Test?

Could this be related to licensing or instance-specific entitlements?

Hi @monishasp,

In principle, plug-ins, applications, etc. must be activated and installed for each instance.

I suspect that this is where the source of your problem lies, namely that probably not all instances have the same state of installed plugin/apps.

Most customers proceed as follows with a release upgrade:

  • Clone the PROD instance down to DEV & TEST to ensure all instances are in the same level/state after the upgrade
  • Release upgrade & testing for each instance
  • Plug-in upgrade & testing for each instance

Best, Dennis

Hi monishasp

We have experienced an issue following the upgrade fro Xanadu to Yokohama with SaaS Plugin Missing, Integration Profile Recreation & Job Failures. Prior to the upgrade we cloned from Prod instance (where the plugins were installed, active and working OK) to Sandbox. Then upgraded Sandbox to Yokohama and the plugins were missing. We have the following issues:

  • Missing SaaS License Management Plugin under Software Asset Management
  • Job failure in one of the Direct Integration Profiles
  • Validation issues with connection and credentials during profile recreation

As per ServiceNow's Yokohama configuration guidance, we attempted to recreate the Direct Integration Profile. The connection and credentials validation failed during profile creation.
