my dev instance hybernate issue

my pdi  instance is hibernating , but i have the important information in it , can some one help me to get that back

Hi @priyagudipa ,

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
