Hello Experts, @Daniel Slocum
I am trying to create software models for Autodesk publisher, but system is preventing and throwing an error " Publisher and Product Manufacturer do not match". I tested other publishers and for some reason I am not able to create for any Autodesk product only. I verified in content library and using the normalized product and publisher name. Do you know why this could be happening and what can I do to resolve it? See my screenshot added.

1) Curious, why are you creating model manually? It should get created when you import your entitlements
2) Check if Autodesk company record is normalised

could you please try to create a new software model with the help of the DMAP (without adding "Publisher" or "Product"). When a DMAP is selected Publisher and Product will be added by the system and any existing data is overwritten. If the issue still exists I would recommend to raise a ticket and let the support check you instance and content status

Hi @dreinhardt ,
Thank you so much for following up and sharing recommendations. Unfortunately, system is not letting me create the software model with your recommended steps. I just added Dmap first and when I hit save it shows the same error again. Do you know why this could be happening? I will inform my client and have them open a HI case on this.
Thank you,
Parul

Hi Parul,
This should do the trick.
