Not able to put filter in Software asset overview

Not able to put filter for most of the publisher where the data is proper and clean

That's the OOTB expected behavior.

I agree that its oob behaviour but I have this filter working for some publishers like Microsoft Adobe, Oracle, Okta etc but for few its show this error any troubleshoot or filter issue and the documentation i have reviewed it nothing on the filter faliure
