Please advise on the right way to use Maturity item /success goal/success activity

Hi Folks,

Hope you all are doing all good!!.

1.How Maturity items and success goals and success activity and Value Builder tasks are linked with each other? Explain with one maturity item. If there is any template available , please share.
2. How can get benefit of these and value addition and show case to Leadership team in our organization. Kindly guide. Any leads are appreciated.

We've just set this up for a customer. This could just be me, but I found the whole process somewhat difficult. Firstly, go through the OOTB sucess goals/activities and 'skip' the ones you don't need. Create your own success activities and goals (where appropriate) and link the the activities to goals and link the goals to the maturity items. The issue we found is that there is a 1-1 link between Success Goals and Maturity Items and there doesn't appear to be a way to create new Maturity Items, so we had to load additional ones via the back-end in ServiceNow. 

I'm interested know of any other folks that have successfully implemented the Success Portal so that we all have a better understanding.

Actually I don't have any OOB Success goals  and success activities in my system for reference. My instance is in Yokohama version. Can you please share the template of OOB goals and activities if feasible?

Do you have the OOTB Maturity Items in the workspace?

Hi @MikeW0609686430 ,

No initially it was not. We raise Hi case with Servicenow. They ran some script after that we have now OOB 25 maturity items. Our instance is in Yokohama version.
