Publisher is blank in Software model

Hi
Need help with below issue
Some of the software models were created with blank publisher butin software product the publisher is there(screen shot below). I am not able to update the field as it is read only.
1. Aware of the option of creating a new model but there are many entitlements that needs to be recreated if go this route.
2. The fields are editable in sub prod instance and not in prod. Not able to find the settings where it is set.
It will be perfect if I could edit product and reselect it.

Refer this KB: KB0852551 How to Edit the Publisher Field on a Normalized Software Discovery Model
Resolution
To edit the Publisher field, temporarily set both UI policies to Inactive.
Caution: Leaving these UI policies inactive exposes normalization fields to unintended edits. Re-activate both policies immediately after saving your change.
- Navigate to the first UI policy using the following URL, replacing <instance-name> with your instance name: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_policy.do?sys_id=9db9a5627f302200fa0d328c4efa9189
- Set the policy Make normalized fields read-only to Inactive and save the record.
- Navigate to the second UI policy: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_policy.do?sys_id=cbc5b6d567112200e85a87cb5685efc2&sysparm_view=advanced
- Set the policy Make publisher normalized fields read-only to Inactive and save the record.
- Open the Software Discovery Model record and update the Publisher field with the correct value.
- Save the record and confirm the Publisher field displays the correct value.
- Return to both UI policies and set them back to Active.
Verification
After saving, confirm that the Publisher field displays the correct value and that the normalization status reflects the expected state.
