Reconciliation somehow got submitted twice, one finished but the other is just setting at 0% complete and there are no jobs running. How do you clean this up so that reconciliation can be submitted again?

Somehow the reconciliation process started twice. One of the two jobs finished but the other just sits a 0% complete and there are not processing running. Looks like it somehow setup the second job as the first was running but now nothing is happening but can't submit a new reconciliation because it thinks this job is running. How do I clean up the second job so that it does not think it is still running?

We've been bumping into this a fair amount recently.

ServiceNow doesn't outline how to 'kill' the job in the KB article, but the below article explains it. If you don't feel comfortable troubleshooting at this low level, I'd wouldn't hesitate to submit a support(hi) ticket.
