Hi @Shantharao

Here’s what I’d suggest checking:

1: Check Reclamation Rule Configuration

  • Navigate to: Software Asset > Lifecycle > Reclamation Rules
  • Confirm that at least one rule is active (Active = true)
  • Make sure the rule has:
    • Conditions that match actual software installations
    • “Potential Savings per Unit” field filled out with a valid amount
  • Save and update the rule if needed

2: Check for Reclaimable Installations

  • Open the rule and click “Show Matching”
  • If no records appear, the rule isn’t matching any software — adjust the conditions

3: Execute the Rule (if not yet run)

  • If it hasn’t run before, manually trigger the rule:
    • Open the rule
    • Click “Execute Now”
  • Wait for the process to complete and verify results in Software Installation Candidates

4: Verify Performance Analytics Scores

Go to: Performance Analytics > Indicators

  • Look for indicators related to Potential Savings
  • Make sure PA data collection jobs are scheduled and running successfully:
    • Performance Analytics > Jobs > Data Collection Jobs
    • Run them manually if needed

5: Check User Permissions

  • Ensure the user viewing the widget has these roles:
    • sn_sam_user
    • pa_viewer or pa_power_user
  • Missing roles can block access to PA scores

Abhishek

Should my response prove helpful, please consider marking it as the Accepted Solution/Helpful to assist closing this thread.

I just tested this on my instance and realized the information I shared earlier wasn’t accurate — some of the details I mentioned don't seem to apply as expected.

Apologies for the confusion. Please feel free to ignore my previous post for now — I’ll recheck everything and come back with a proper, verified response.

Thanks for your understanding.

Regards,

Abhishek
