Can anyone confirm whether SAMPro (Vancouver) is able to reconcile BYOL installs of Red Hat Enterprise Linux in GCP please? I have seen documentation on how to discover RHEL in GCP and have added the value BYOL to the Configuration item, but have not been able to reconcile with entitlement as the installs are being classified as Unlicensed Installs. I have not seen any documentation actually confirming that reconciliation is available for Linux in GCP. I have only seen confirmation that reconciliation works for some Oracle and MS BYOL products installed in AWS and Azure.
We are able to discover the installs in GCP but not include them as licensed installs even though there is entitlement available. The CIs in GCP have the Value BYOL populated in the CMDB_KEY_VALUE table. Thanks
