Once you setup the DocuSign integration successfully you should see an auto-generated reclamation rule for that integration. Do you have that in your instance?

Yes, we do have that. I was looking for the script/flow that generate the RCC record for docusign.I did find flow for other integrations like MIRO, SMARTSHEET etc
Our motive is to investigate on what basis the RCC candidates are generated and if we are getting the right data.

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue related to reclamation of DocuSign licenses in ServiceNow, particularly with missing last activity dates for DocuSign subscriptions. Let's tackle this step-by-step to understand how reclamation works and address the missing data:
1. Understand Reclamation Process:
- Familiarize yourself with how reclamation of licenses typically works in ServiceNow.
- Reclamation involves identifying inactive or underutilized licenses and reclaiming them for reuse.
2. Review DocuSign Subscription Data:
- Check the DocuSign subscription records in ServiceNow to understand the data structure and fields available.
- Look for any fields related to last activity date or usage metrics.
3. Identify Reclamation Criteria:
- Determine the criteria used to identify inactive DocuSign subscriptions for reclamation.
- This could include factors such as last activity date, usage patterns, or other relevant metrics.
4. Investigate Missing Data:
- Review the process or flow responsible for fetching DocuSign subscription data in ServiceNow.
- Check if there are any issues or gaps in the data retrieval process that might be causing the last activity date to be empty.
5. Implement Data Collection:
- If necessary, update or enhance the data collection process to ensure that last activity dates for DocuSign subscriptions are properly captured and updated in ServiceNow.
- This may involve modifying existing integration or scripting logic.
6. Validate Reclamation Logic:
- Once the last activity dates are populated for DocuSign subscriptions, review the reclamation logic in ServiceNow.
- Ensure that the criteria used for reclamation accurately reflect the organization's policies and requirements.
7. Test Reclamation Process:
- Test the reclamation process in a non-production environment to verify that it correctly identifies and reclaims inactive DocuSign licenses.
- Monitor the results and adjust the reclamation criteria if necessary.
8. Documentation and Training:
- Document the reclamation process and criteria for future reference.
- Provide training or guidance to relevant stakeholders on how reclamation works and how to interpret last activity date data for DocuSign subscriptions.
By following these steps, you can address the issue of missing last activity dates for DocuSign subscriptions and ensure that reclamation of licenses in ServiceNow functions effectively.

apologies for reviving an old thread, but since you must have enable the integration by now, may i know what sort of subscription SKU / metrics is brought in from this direct integration ?
my org has a couple of metrics, weighing the options in terms of how many product/skus will be covered for enabling this integration.
thanks in advance
