SAM LAB creating a custom product

I am trying to create a custom product as per the SAM Vancover simulation and this is failing as per the below instructions. 

Instructions:

Create a custom product to account for software recently developed by the Customer. The customer name is Executive Software, the new product is called SafetYmail, which is an unlicensed application that is used to encrypt email transmissions.

I think the customer name should be the publisher name since the product has been developed in-house.

All>software asset>custom products, refer to the record in yellow.

Make sure you make the product type "not licensable" and the product classification "encryption" per instructions. I almost missed that to.
