Maybe someone can help me.
Is there a way utilizing the Adobe Direct Connection that we could provision a license in ServiceNow instead of going to Adobe admin console?
Basically I want to keep the entire process in ServiceNow in the background. We currently are able to do the following just the actual license provision is a manual process.
Request comes in - checks if we have an available license, we then have to create a task so that the adobe admin has to allocate that license in the adobe admin console with that user.
I did see a SAM spoke for Upsert User subscription. However, I cannot find any documentation on it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi David
The direct Adobe integration is only intended for obtaining information. I'm not even sure if the Adobe API permits writing (user inserts) to the Adobe Admin Console. However, if it does you may need to build a custom integration to do this.
I recommend making this suggestion in the ServiceNow Idea Portal as an area for the ITAM business unit to explore with Adobe. You can find more information about the Idea Portal here: Submit an idea (servicenow.com).

hi David,
The integration between the Adobe Admin Console and AzureAD is a solution for this.
We created user groups in AAD for each Adobe product, which synchronizes with the Adobe Admin Console (OOTB).
When a request item is approved in ServiceNow, the user is added to the specific group in AAD and later in the Admin Console.
