SAM Pro - Missing "Current phase" information

Hello everyone!
I noticed that within the table "Software installs" from the Workspace there are a great deal of records (referred to manually normalized discovery model) with the "Current phase" field empty, even thought the lifecycle phase information from the "Content library" are present for those software versions.
Here an example of the issue:

I tried to normalize the version writing "9.1" instead of "9.1.0" but the result was the same.

Could you please explain to me why the current phase is empty if the lifecycle phase information is present within ServiceNow content library? Thanks !

Hi @apulito,

The source for this data is the “sam_sw_product_lifecycle_report” table, which was reworked with Xanadu and has since become part of the Lifecycle Management Dashboard. Lifecycle management dashboard. As can be seen from the new structure, this table will, for example, also contain security information (CVS) for software in the future. Since this table is maintained by the SAM content team, I can only recommend a ServiceNow case with the question of further updates.
