SAM Pro: Remediation Options not showing in License Workbench

Hello Team,
We have uploaded several entitlements into SAM Pro and would like to make good use of the License Workbench capabilities. We can see several Software Model Results and many Unlicensed Installs out of these, but we don't have any Remediation Options showing up for any of the products we have been working with. What can we be missing here?

We are on Utah and have the same problem with Software installations not showing up in the license workbench on certain items. those items show compliant because we have entitlements but no installs. would love to hear if others have the same problem and if their is a fix.

Hi Norm,
We are experiencing the same, I suspect it maybe a discovery issue. It's weird because the server is discovered but in the list of software installations in the CI, we don't see the expected software to show up.
