Hello - In the various iterations of the Software Asset Management Process Guide (Utah, Tokyo, etc.), what do the dotted lines in the process diagrams indicate?
Thanks,
Derek

Excellent, thanks Karan. I see they also use the dotted lines in the SAM High Level Process Architecture Overview. If anyone in ServiceNow is looking at these posts, I would ask/recommend to them that a legend be added to the process docs and other artifacts for things like this.
