All of the entitlements are in Use and post reconciliation, the publisher still shows as unpublished.

As said earlier, the entitlements are published and are in use state.

Hi @supriya pratapa ,
I presume that the system property "com.snc.samp.manage.published.products" is set to true.
And the publisher has at least one product under published product in workspace> license operations > SAM Implementation > published products.
is that correct?
