SAM Reconciliation for Microsoft Publisher keeps failing

Ever since we upgraded to Tokyo the recon keeps failing for Microsoft, has anyone encountered same problem ??

Hi @Fatima S Sayyed,

 

we had a similar issue after the upgrade to Utah. With the help of the ServiceNow support we identified the root cause of this. Please check the following docs article about license models provided by MSFT and the correct metric to be used in SAMP - updating the metrics solved our problem.

If this does not work, please raise a support case.

I am trying to run the manual recon for Microsoft but the status says failed, I don't see any issue with other publishers though.

Abdul can you go to the Recon summary and check on which step it actually failed ?

Go to "samp_recon_progress_summary" table and search the recon you ran for Microsoft, open the record and check "Reconciliation Progress Details" tab look for the step with errors
