Hi @NarayanaR050522,
You will use the corresponding Service Graph Connector for your EUC management tool, like SCCM, Intune, or JAMF. It uses the data you already have in that tool, and there is no need to roll out a discovery solution if you have all your devices managed similarly.

SAM Pro can work without ServiceNow Discovery. Discovery is optional and is only one of the supported inventory sources.
You can populate software inventory using Service Graph Connectors (e.g., Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf) or by importing software installation data from other supported sources.
The SAM process is
- Import software inventory.
- Normalize software using the Content Service Library (CSL).
- Create Software Installations and Discovery Models.
- Reconcile software installations against Software Entitlements to calculate compliance and license position.
Discovery is not a prerequisite. As long as a supported inventory source provides accurate software installation data, SAM Pro can perform normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance without Discovery.
