I am working on SAP integration with ServiceNow SAM Professional. While I am able to get the USMM data, however, I am unable to get the below details :
Developer Access | A report of developer users from all systems |
Accenture Analysis for Office | List of all Accenture installs of Analysis for Office |
Single Sign-On | Provide reports for all Single Sign-On usage |
Process Orchestration | List of Process Orchestration servers |
Would I have to manually reach out to each SAP instance team to get this additional data for ELP completion or it can be found through the module itself ? If its the latter, please guide me on how ?
